If you get a recorded call claiming to be from Firstbank telling you that your debit card has been deactivated and asking you to enter your card number and P.I.N., do NOT give them your information. It is a scam. Neither Firstbank nor any or other legitimate institution will ever initiate a call in which they ask you to give your complete account number and password or P.I.N. If you get any suspicious calls, hang up and call us at 1-800-453-8700 to report it.
